Thus, equilibrium needs to be maintained between knowledge and profession; and the former should never ever be compromised for the latter. That is where most of us fail, forcing our kids to score more in the examinations and not bothering about admiring the essence of knowledge, thereby their creativity tastes the face of death.

      That is why although every year many students from our place conquer remarkable results in board and council examinations; unfortunately their dreams are ruined as soon as they face national level competitive examinations.       From our own experience, we advocate that if a student is to excel in national level competitive examinations and pursue quality higher education, he/she needs to be concept-based in his/her approach. Mere cramming is not enough, and should not be the sole process of imparting education as the process makes the subjects, mainly the science subjects, distasteful and worthless to the learners.

      There is famous saying of Albert Einstein “One had to cram all this stuff into one's mind for the examinations, whether one liked it or not. This coercion had such a deterring effect on me that, after I had passed the final examination, I found the consideration of any scientific problems distasteful to me for an entire year.
